Fellowship and free studio are
offered to graduate and post graduate students in all
disciplines. Fellows will be awarded with stipend every
month for the period of six months. Free studio awardees
will get studio space only. The centre also offers
studios on rent.
Artists are invited to offer workshops, organize slide
lectures and conduct weekly discussions to add to the
atmosphere. In addition the centre organizes annual
exhibitions, festivals to provide a platform to the
artists.

The center is often used as a stepping stone by aspiring artists
to further their contact in the art world and for gaining access
to scholarships like INLAKS, The Human Resourse Scholarships
etc.
Kanoria posts a call for students seeking scholarships twice
a year, once in November-December and once in May-June. Kanoria's
fortunate location in Ahmedabad allows easy accessibility to
India's major art centre- Baroda, and accessibility to Mumbai
and Delhi where art dealers are based.
