KCA is trying to broaden its periphery in the field of art. A state-of-the-art gallery is under construction in the premises. We plan to expand our activities by establishing a Museum of Contemporary Fine Arts, Ceramic Studios, metal casting foundry, cafeteria and revamping the existing library.

The centre is committed to its work in the field of art and for the benefit of its artists. We invite charitable trusts, benevolent organizations and individuals to donate to the centre trust. All donations will be eligible for tax exemption under 80G.

From July 2008, KCA has started a program “Sponsor an Artist”. Under this program, you can choose to support a resident artist at KCA by paying a fixed amount to the centre, details of which are given below:

One-Year Sponsorship: 50,000 INR
Life-time Sponsorship: 5,00,000 INR

Each year the donor will receive one work of art from the artist. Donation cheques will have to be drawn in favour of “Akansha Trust”, Ahmedabad (tax exemption under 80G)
